Target credential failed for SQL server plugin..

 Hello,
Currently using OEM/OMS GRID to admin Unix 10.2.0.4 oracle databases.  We want additional visibility to the SQL server databases via OEM. So I using my laptop as a test bed  with sqlserver express installed database oracle windows agent.

OMS 10.2.0.4 unix server Sun.

Unix Agents installed working fine.
One windows agent installed on my laptop and I can see it from OEM.  

Once I tried to test credentials it fails with ..

Connection to (HOST - LAPTOP) hostname as user username/password failed

I reviewed this and have make sure this is all true for username/password

    * Act as part of the operating system
