error while taking rman full backup

 Hi,
Getting following error while taking rman full backup on oracle 10.2.0.4 RAC db on solaris platform

channel backup_disk2: datafile copy complete, elapsed time: 00:02:01
channel backup_disk2: starting datafile copy
input datafile fno=00009 name=+DATA/sig/datafile/wsuser_charging_index.277.664983243

RMAN-03009: failure of backup command on backup_disk1 channel at 01/17/2010 01:28:18
ORA-19502: write error on file "/SIGDB_BKP/BackupDB/DBBKUP/data_D-SIG_I-1811281866_TS-WSUSER_CHARGING_FNO-8_mfl3l81p", blockno 637441 (blocksize=8192)
ORA-27063: number of bytes read/written is incorrect
Additional information: 180224
Additional information: 1048576
channel backup_disk1 disabled, job failed on it will be run on another channel

I found that there is enough space on that mount point and it support largefiles
