OEM console closes

 My OEM console is getting closed when I choose any options from Diagnostics Pack (i.e Performance overview or top sessions or lock monitor ) on the server.

Any suggestions?

DB Ver: 9.2.0.8

Server: MS Windows 2003 SP2
