Returned for Correction Action histry not displaying Comments

in Human Capital Management - EBS (MOSC) Question
Dear all

In my appraisal, when the department manager return the appraisal for correction mentioning the Comments that comments is not visible in Section head's worklist.

Can any one guide me if any patches i need to upload.  We use FP I
