faxmadds - Deprecaition Tab

 Wondering when this tab was added to the FAXMADDS form.  I see that version 120.121.12000000.13 has this tab, 2 questions:
- is this the first version that includes this new depreciation tab?
- what patch is required to get the depreciation tab on this form?
