Oracle 10g client in XPMode

I am testing one of our applications that requires ORacle 10g client on Windows 7. I know that only 11g is scheduled to be updated to Windows 7. So, I'm working on it in XPMode. IT seems to be running well so far. The application that required Oracle however has a weird quirk. For some tables, the applicaiton works fine, but for parts of the application using other tables it tells me it cannot logon. (On an XP PC, it works fine.) While it is probably the application that has problems, are there any tweaks for XPMode for the Oracle
