Shipping/Billing page

 Hi, in Shipping/Billing page, we have 2 LOV's Payment terms(Immediate, 15-NET etc) and Payment method(cash or credit card etc).

My requirement is if the user selects credit card as the payment method, the payment term must be defaulted to Immediate and must be disabled. I was successful until this. The billing block is an include in another jsp page.

The problem is when i click Apply button it then enables back the payment method and terms LOV's. I dont want the user to be able to change the payment terms.

We are on 11.5.10.1
