Advanced Collections form question

This is a R12 advanced collections question.

I am getting "APP-IEX-240505: You are running in debug mode" note every time after opening R12 Collections form (form name: IEXRCALL)

FND: Debug log profile has been set as No at all levels.

IEX: Debug Level is set to 0 at site level.

Does anyone know how to turn IEX debug off and hide this message?
