EDR & CDRs not getting generated in OCSG and also not storing the same in DB

Hi,
We are having a very peculiar problem in OCSG 4.1. We have 2X2 AT/NT cluster setup. from last 2 days we have observed that no EDR/CDRs generated in the OCSG are visible through PTE as well. The logs are displaying the exceptions for both the cases i.e. EDR queue full and also DatabaseExpiryKey problem.

We have investigated with DBAs for potential DB Lock issues but have found no problem with DB at all.

The logs extract are as below for both the cases. These errors have been occuring reptitively in the logs now. Please check the highlighted in yellow for relevant errors:
