Tips to effectively use YOUR Oracle Support Communities

Here is a list of some tips that might help in using YOUR Oracle Support Communities:

Think about which community to post to

If you aren't sure which Community is the best one to post to, take a little time to have a look at the existing posts in the Communities,
also look into the Welcome thread under the Featured Discussions section (e.g. Welcome to YOUR Database DataWarehousing Community!) which describes what areas a particular community covers.

Documents vs. Discussions/Questions

The Documents section of each Community is for articles/scripts/solutions in order to share knowledge or content in the community. If you have a question or discussion that you are looking for collaboration on, then make sure to post it using 'Start new discussion'.

Howdy, Stranger!
