Not able to attach department and components to a non standard discrete job for returning a assembly

 Hi,

i have created a non standard job for returning a sub assembly from Fg subinventory

for the same i have created a disassembly departmet and a resource is attache to the department

i have also created a non standard discrete job now i am not able to create the operations for the non standard job order

all the fileds in the operations window are uneditable and are empty

please help me how do i overcome this problem
