Pick release Scenario

 Hi All,

Could you help me in handling this scenario.

I want that when I select "Launch Pick release" from Shipping Transaction" window and click on "Go" tab, automatically release rule (Default) defined by me is selected. I understand that Rel.seq and Pick slip grouping rule assigned in Release rules will be called accordingly.

I have assigned Release seq and Pick slip grouping rules to Shipping Parameters as well.

So will the order entered automatically follow the release rule which i have defined or I have to assign it somewhere else to be visible to a particular order entry.
