PSU 2 for OMS Grid Control

 Does the Jan 2010 PSU #2 not include the CPU in Jan 2010 for Enterprise Manager Grid Control?  Patch 9174904, I can't find the CPU bug fix in the readme anywhere and when i installed it, Grid's homepage says i still need to apply the security fix to that ORACLE_HOME.
