Cannot do a search using Serail# or Instance# from the Quick Find Option available on the iSupport H
The QuickFind Field on the iSupport homepage has below in the List of Values
Service Requests, Installed Base, Forums,Solutions,Solution Categories
When I selected the Installed Base option from Quick Find and entered the valid Serial# and also tried with Valid Instance Number but the search results page did not give any results
But when I tried to do a search using the Item Description with Installed Base option I got the data.....Is there a profile option which controls the option to search because I would like to do a search based on Serial# or Instance# but not using the Item description
