Service pack - patch notifications

Is there a way / place where I can configure settings to receive notifications when a Service pack or patch was released?
I'm getting notification for Critical Patch Updates but it doesn't include this service pack release.

It would be really helpfull if we can get a notification by email as I believe most of us are so busy we can't check the websites everyday for new releases.
