Standby and Production on different patch set level

Hi,

We have our production and logical standby database on separate servers running 10.2.0.4
Due to a unique business requirement, we first need to patch the standby server with 10.2.0.5 patch and then the production database server a couple of weeks after that
Can we do this? Can we patch the standby database server to 10.2.0.5 first and let it run for a couple of weeks before we patch the production database server to 10.2.0.5
Can we have the production and the standby database on different patch set level?
