Reinstalling OEM

Hello,

I have a non RAC instance that I am trying to install EM into after deinstalling only EM.  Here is the situation.

The environment is Windows 2003 64bit and the installation was from the 10.2.0.1 through the 10.2.0.3 to 10.2.0.4 patch set.  The database is currently running.

Now it is a few months later and the em console would not start so I used the emca -deconfig command to drop it.  Then I tried to use the config command below to reconfigure it, which usually works to set the console back up.

emca -config dbcontrol db -repos create -SID ORCL -PORT 1521 -ORACLE_HOME
