11.5.10.2: How to create Change Request Attachments for Reqs already placed on POs

Requirement: Add Attachments (files) to justify change requests in iProcurement for reqs already placed on POs.  This is commonly needed for amount-based orders where quantity will be increased.

We are on 11.5.10.2, and as we know, there is no standard functionality to add attachments to a change request from iProc.  Was investigating an OA Framework personalization to add an Attachment button, Attachment link or Attachment table to one of these UIs:

  • Change Requisition: Enter Changes (/oracle/apps/icx/por/changeorder/webui/IcxPorChoPG)
  • Change Order: Select Approvers (/oracle/apps/icx/por/approval/webui/IcxPorApprListPG)
  • Change Requisition: Review and Submit (/oracle/apps/icx/por/changeorder/webui/IcxPorChoRvwPG)
