How do I setup profiling on a table?

Hi, our application vendor has asked me to set up profiling on a specific table to assist them in troubleshooting. Also says this table is small and profiling on it should not cause a performance effect.  The vendor wants me to capture all sql that touches the table numericgenerator. How do I do that?
