cancel_flag

Table po_requisition_lines_all there is a cancel_flag column which can contain the values Y or N but can also be null. Why is it sometimes the column is populated with N and other times it is null. Both have the same meaning ie the requisition line has not been cancelled. The reason I am asking is one of our customized reports ignores the requistion if the cancel flag is populated with an 'N'
