Problem in creation of internal sales order

   I am trying to create an internal sales order between two operating units, The setup for shipping network is done.

while creating internal requisition, I am selecting requisition type as "INTERNAL REQUISITION" in header. In detail part at bottom, I am selecting the inventory org details where the material is needed but in source, I can only see source as supplier and am not allowed to select Inventory in source type

I need to correct which set up.
