How to mass create Offers and Budgets

 Community Members,

Client is on 11.5.10 Trade Management application. One of the major requirements is to be able to create apprx. 5000 budgets and offers automatically in the Trade Management module.

I did not see anything for importing budget or offers (like importing claims) in the users manual or in the system.

Has anyone attempted to do this before?

Will appreciate the help.
