JDBC connection to Oracle 11g Taking 2 mins in Windows 2008 Server

 Hi,

We have a java app that uses JDBC to connect to our 11g database. Prior to our upgrade from Windows 2003 Server to Windows 2008 Server,  the connection time was not an issue. Each connection to the database takes about 2 mins.

Any Thoughts ?
