Unable to load oracle apps forms after login.

  Am trying to load oracle forms after login into the application. But the loading process stops at .../Formsclient/ FormsLauncher/class..class and does not load any form. Re-installed jinitiator but does not help. proxy setting is disabled. Has anybody come across this problem earlier?
