iStore: Non-stock items

 We're experiencing some issues with iStore and non-stock items, would appreciate on the following questions:


(1) iStore seems to insist that a warehouse/subinventory combination exists for the item, even with the item set to non-stock??
(2) Does the inventory item for iStore need to be flagged stockable always??
