11.5.10.2 OPM Common Purchasing. Can the blanket purchase agreement and blanket release process be

 Client is on 11.5.10.2.  The user guide states that blanket purchase agreements can be used in OPM, but later states that they are translated as planned purchase orders.  The documentation is unclear on whether or not blanket purchase agreements and releases can be used.  Also, I was advised via Metalink information SR that blanket purchase agreements and releases can be used in OPM 11.5.10.2; however, two consultants have advised that this is not a true statement.  I need a correct answer.  Can you help?  I need this information asap as this relates to a quote for a client.  I do
