MetaSolv Issue With Citirx connection

We are lease rolling our citrix servers to Windows 2003/IE6. Now when we try to log on to MetaSolv (6.0.15.) we get the following error:

Citrix admins have checked and stated the HTTP 1.1 are checked and there we are not seeing an appserver.dll file. 

Any ideas of what is causing this problem.

PBListenerError : This interface requires HTTP 1.1 to function correctly. This error could be caused by using an old version of appserver.dll OR the HTTP 1.1 checkboxes in Internet Explorer are unchecked.
