ADP/Taxware and EBTax - How do we turn off EBTax and turn on ADP/Taxware

 We are on release 12.1 of Oracle - having just migrated from 11i environment.  We now tax using EBTax instead of ADP/Taware which is NOT what we wanted. Also noteworthly we have upgraded to 3.5.0 of ADP/Taxware  to be compliant with R12.1 - HELP project go live will cease as this issue is a show-stopper.  Tried to get Oracle Support to help on this even operned an SR - but so far we still are not using ADP/Taxware.
