How (and where) can the receiver enter a message(text) that the buyer could read

 Hello,

we're on 11.5.10.2 and our main user would like the receivers to be able to enter a message(text) from the receiving transactions window (RCVTXERT) that the buyer could read afterward (possibly from the PO form).

Instructions can be sent from buyer to receiver via the Header receiver note (Terms part of the PO), but is it possible to send info backwards?

Any idea?
