How to avoid few objects always in hotblocks

 Hi,

My database most of the times show ( 3-4 times in a month) latch contention- cache buffers chains wait event due to few index objects and this causes high CPU usage. This will be resolved when I rebuild required indexes. This always happens with 2-3 indexes only.

Can you suggest any permanent solution for this?
