Please how to unlock an member in one dimension of Hyperion Planning

Hello erveryone
I'm juste in beginning with Hyperion Planning and i'm not experienced with this.
We have got a member of one dimension which is pending in the table HSP_PENDING_XACTS after one shutdown by accident the database Essbase.
The member was in creation and not finished yet in Hyperion Planning when the shutdown Essbase happened.
The Oracle data look like to be de-synchronization with the Essbase data.
The member can't not be modifed, remove by anyone, even the administrator of Hyperion.
Did you know how to deal with this?
