Oracle Bi directional replication through oracle streams

 Dear All, Thank you for your replies,
here i am facing problem regarding Oracle Bi directional replication..
I have configured database ( in Two Machines) according to document on link
"http://www.dbasupport.com/oracle/ora10g/bi-directional02.shtml"..
(changed the database link and user name)

but when i have tested , there was nothing updated  on either database server....
so what should i do?
how can i troubleshoot where is the problem.?
please let me know if there is any document regarding oracle bi directional streams.
I am using Oracle server 10.2.0.3.0
