Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

How to specify encoding other than UTF-8 in PIN_FLIST_TO_XML?. For eg, If we need the XML file in ISO-8859-15, where it has to be specified.
