CPU monitoring

I need to monitor my database server for CPU usage , Memory and IO for a month to check the workload .

environment:

Windows 2003 clustered with oracle failsafe.

Oracle 10.2.4 Ent Edtn.

 I have started the windows perfmon but not able to get the oracle instance.It will perform overall server counters for CPU,Memory and IO.

Can anyone help to create and run a trace ?or plz advice any other solution .
