Upgrading from Orcale 11.5.10 financial application running on Sun Solaris to Oracle 12i running on

  All- We are in a process of upgrading from Oracle 11.5.10.2 of Oracle Financials that is running on Sun Solaris servers on to Oracle release 12i running on HP Linux.

our approach is as follows:

1- Create a HP Linux environment.

2- Install the Oracle 11.5.10.2 software on HP Linux environment.

3- Use the export/import process and bring over financial data from 11.5.10.2 Sunsolaris to our new HP Linux environment.

4- Start the Oracle 12i financial upgrade process on our HP Linux instance.

Question/Issue: We are currently running on Sun Solaris 64 bit. Oracle does NOT have 11.5.10.2 software for HP Linux in 64 bit. they have it in 32 bit.
