JVM for MC9090 Symbol Device

We are implementing Mobile Supply Chain R12.1.1.  We are wondering what JVM is required for MC 9090 Symbol device (Windows CE Version 5.0) so that we can launch the Mobile application in GUI..  Does CreME and J9 jvm both work on this device ?  Any inputs will be greatly appreciated.
