Lot Control At Org. Level

Dear All,

With Item attribute controls, Lot control  is at Master Level.

Based on this setting we have created No. of items. (Raw Materials & Mfg. goods)

The bussiness secnarion as follows;

We the following Org  M01, M02, T01,T02

Let say Item Item 99-2457-0001 - Need M01, M02 lot controlled

Let say Item Item 99-2457-0001 - Need T01, T02 without lot controlled

My question, if reset the Item attribute controls, Lot control  is Org Level. what will be the impact for the already created items. or else what is otherway to acheive it.
