emctl won't start after latest patch
After applying the latest database patch, 9169460, to our
10.2.0.4.0 databases, the dbconsole won't start via Services nor manally
on the command line. The error when trying to emctl start dbconsole or
emctl status dbconsole is
Prototype mismatch: sub main::footer () vs none at \oracle\product\10.2.0\talos\bin\emctl.pl line 736.
Prototype mismatch: sub main::testCEMDAvail () vs none at \oracle\product\10.2.0\talos\bin\emctl.pl line 926.
Undefined subroutine &main::isOmsRecvDirSet called at \oracle\product\10.2.0\talos\bin\emctl.pl line 292.
After the last patch update, the dbconsole fired up just fine. Nothing has changed in the emctl.pl file. I've tried bouncing the database and nothing seems to work. Any thoughts?
