Error in Cancelling Orders

 Sales Orders are throwing exceptions when i try to cancel them. Due to which the Quantity whch should get updated on the Sales Agreement is also not updating.. Any clue..???

It is giving following errors at cancellation,

Error: An unexpected error has occurred. Please contact your system administrator.

User-Defined Exception in Package OE_SALES_CAN_UTIL Procedure Cancel Remaining Order
