Oracle 11g 11.1.0.7.0 on Windows Server 2008 Standard 64bit Domain Controller

Hi,
i try to create a database with the Database-Configurationsassistant.
After two percent of work, i get an error: ORA-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error

is it possible to install an oracle 11g on Windows 2008 Server who is configured as a domain controller?
