Update an Existing Budget with a new Resource List

 We have budgets already baselined which are using a BEM of Project Level / No resource List (the related Projects have Revenue Generated)

There is a requirement to create new Budgets at the Task Level and with a Resource List (...say..at the Expenditure Category level)

When I mark the Draft Budget as 'New Original' - I only get an LOV in the BEM field for those BEMs which are not categorized by resources (i.e. No resource List)

Is there a way around this issue.?
