Generate Distribution Detail Account

Hi. I am trying to make use of the 'Generate Distribution Detail Account' workflow process, however it does not appear to be working. According to the user guide, it should create journal entries using the distribution expense account for all segment values, except the natural account segment. However, in all of my testing, it is still just taking the defaults from the book or category level for the other segments (cost center, etc).

Setup info: Version 12.0.6

The profile 'FA: Use Workflow Account Generation' is set to 'Yes' so that it does not use SLA. All other profiles are set at their default levels as far as I know.
