how to view the creation date and last update date and last updated by fields in the supplier screen

In rel. 11i, we were using the form based supplier screen and were able to view the creation and last updated date as well as the last updated by values from the application itself.

In rel. 12, the supplier screen in web based. Is there any way we can view the above mentioned values from the application itself?
