Screen resolution for Intremec CK30- Mobile Applications

We are using Intermec CK30 device with Oracle 11.5.10 Mobile Apps (MSCA). The issue we are having is the screen resolution of the mobile device is not changing. ( The Oracle GUI does not fit on screen of handheld). We changed gui_key.ini default values from MWA server side parameter, but it does not work for handheld device. ( It works fine with Mobile Apps Client GUI on PC).

Has anyone faced this issue before? I appreciate your responses.
