Upgrade from 10.2.0.1 to 10.2.0.2

 I have installed 10.2.0.1 ... but i did not create any database. Can I successfully upgrade this installation to  10.2.0.2 ?

Later on, I'll use this binaries to drive physical standby database ( primary is already on 10.2.0.2) . So, I do not even need to run any postinstallation SQLs , right?
