Remote Query\RIQ response using Transmission Ack

I am trying to set up OTM to use Remote Query to do an RIQ query. I have set up the Remote Query XML using query and Transmission Ack as the reponse type.

Per the OTM 5.5 integration guide, the Remote query is supposed to return to the originating IP and Port.  If I upload the Remote Query into OTM I get a transmission ack back on the screen. If I send in the Remote Query via integration OTM generates a missing queue error. According to the java stack trace it appears to be trying to send it out to Oracle Advance Queues.
