OTL: Time Entry Save and Continue buttons

We are using Oracle Time and Labor on 11i.  Is there a way/configuration the Save and/or Continue buttons on the Time Entry screen can be eliminated and their functions/triggers transferred to the Submit button?  Having to select 3 different buttons just to submit a timecard is frustrating to our users.
