Oracle Email Center

Requirement is to be able to capture the location of a customer and language preference of the customer based on the information passed in through the email sent by the customer into Oracle email center.

currently we are using Oracle email center and Oracle Teleservice modules.

 We were trying to figure out if we can  identify the location of the customer based on the IP Address that is sent through the email header tables. 

Question here is does Oracle Email center capture the IP in the email, if so where.

Second requirement is to be able to capture the language of the email - when I check the language field in the
