RMAN backup hung

 Looks like my RMAN backup hung since last 2 hours. How do I know whether it is running. We are using target database control file instead of catalog database.
My DB version is :9.2.0.8
OS: Windows 2003 server

restoring datafile 00230 to \ORADATA\OPERAUX\TSFILE2_09.ORA
restoring datafile 00234 to \ORADATA\OPERAUX\FS_DATA01.DBF
restoring datafile 00235 to \ORADATA\OPERAUX\TSAPDET2009_01.DBF
