Pricing configuration - Complex calculation

Hi,

I have been assigned with SR # 3-1364221911 [ Pricing configuration - Complex calculation].

Customer would like to know whether it Is possible to calculate the product pricing based on a complex pricing formula (like below) by using
the Attribute Adjustments?

MRC = D x B x F

Where
=====
D = Distance calculated from location-A to location-B
B = Bandwidth
F = Discount factor

User will input 4 arguments

Location-A, e.g. UK
Location-B, e,g, Hong Kong
Bandwidth (B), e.g. 1, 2, 3 etc.
Discount Factor (F), e.g. 20%


D (Distance) should be automatically calculated by the system.Can the calculation be done in attribute adjustment or  scripting should be used?
